Growing up in Northern California has given me the ability to experience all the areas and conditions of the real estate market. I got my real estate license at the age of 19 and since my transition to full time real estate over a decade ago I have been continually raising the bar for my clients and business practices. I have enjoyed living in the Land Park neighborhood of Sacramento since 2001, previously living in the River Park and Newton Booth neighborhoods. Having grown up in rural Granite Bay, it has been exciting to watch the Sacramento area grow into one of the Top Ten regions to live in the US. With family and friends all over the Sacramento Valley, I am comfortable working with clients in the outlying areas of Sacramento as well as the downtown area that I have called home for the last 30 years.

Jennifer is the newest member of the Kortney Williams Team and she
is already proving her value with her dedication to her clients and her
team.
Jennifer was born and raised in Placer County and resides there with
her husband and children. She is very involved with her community and
has strong knowledge of Placer, Sacramento, and surrounding counties.
Jennifer loves home design and finds a unique way to combine her
love of design with her career as a realtor. She is passionate not only
about helping her clients find their dream home, but making their house a
home. Having purchased multiple properties herself, she relates and
understands both sides of the process. Her goal is to give her clients an
exceptional experience above and beyond the sale.
Bryanna
Born and raised in Northern California, Bryanna brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise on buying and selling real estate to all of those in her community.
